They honored the battery warranty and replaced the under-performing one without charge. The only problem was that they promised to wash my car early in the day so it would have had a chance to dry in under-performing one without charge. That aside, I probably needed the fuel filter they suggested and definitely needed new wiper blades. The myriad flushes - not so much. All in all, I'm a contented customer who will return (hopefully, not soon). More

Pleasantly surprised by the customer service I took my car in to Gold Coast VW and was very surprised by the service I got. I had to get a safety issue fixed and also asked them to replace my win I took my car in to Gold Coast VW and was very surprised by the service I got.
