Ever since my car was in for the recall - I don’t feel like the quality of customer service/service department has been the same - it has been much lower. I am not sure they have my loyalty or trust anymo like the quality of customer service/service department has been the same - it has been much lower. I have never purchased a VW from any other dealer in the past including my current car but not sure that I will continue based on my last interaction with the dealer and Alonzo. Yes I got new wipers but the quote I got I had to ask why a part they replaced in October but included in the estimate. I continue to feel that if I don’t follow-up they will charge me for stuff I don’t need. The service has gone downhill and they should also invest in a copier that works so when I get my estimate I can actually read it. Manager was to call me back after my last survey and that has yet to occur. They either want my business or don’t- all indications are that they do not want my business and that I should look elsewhere for my next VW. More

I purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan this may and when I took it to another Volkswagen Dealer in the Chicago area to have some parts replaced that were under warranty and get new tires they found SEVERAL th took it to another Volkswagen Dealer in the Chicago area to have some parts replaced that were under warranty and get new tires they found SEVERAL things wrong with this car I had just purchased. The alignment was unfixable with the current parts due to a prior accident where the full details were not revealed to me. The date and time on the car could not be reset due to a damaged antenna and the manager Julian Perez told me that it was due to a Verizon issue linked to the GPS which wasn't true. They were concealing an issue with a damaged antenna that wasn't disclosed or fixed. The car was filthy when I was given the keys with dog hair every where and it smelled like bad body odor. I had to have it professionally detailed right away to get of the smell that the dealership tried to mask with a very strong air freshener. My license plate holder was broken (tilted) and unfixable and I had to pay out of pocket for that as well. Also the windshield was replaced and they broke the mechanism that holds the rear view mirror in place which fell apart right after I brought the car home. The dealership was extremely unprofessional and should not have purchased my car from there. I would highly discourage anyone from buying a car here. More
