Service department communication is the issue - when I arrived, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come and take the car. I was told the service could be done and completed the same day but when I arrived, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come and take the car. When I called to check a status, my call could not be answered and I could not reach anyone at the dealership. I eventually received a text message that said the car was ready. VW Factory Recalls must be better organized. 2 Recalls within short time, could combine easily. Customer service have to improve their skills. Also they need more people to take care of the customers, you have to wait, and wait and wait, at the end have to hang out because they don’t answer. Also l took my car for an estimate, the estimate was almost $11,000.00 for install an catalytic converter, when l asked to the the person who answered the phone, why so much, he told me that it was $2,100.00 for parts and the rest for labor!!!! Are you serious??? More than $8,000.00 for labor?? That was ridiculous! Of course I took my car somewhere else. More
