Dan was great at looking at the problem and quickly warranty-ing it out. It was a body issue and not mechanical, but parts shouldn't fall off a new car, so he didn't quibble over warranty or act like warranty-ing it out. Absolutely frustrated! Took 5 weeks just to look at car then we got conflicting information from the service team.
