I made an appointment and no text or response until I started calling at 2:00 , my person was at lunch and was to call me back in 30 minutes. Finally back and forth and at 3:10 they were going to start a started calling at 2:00 , my person was at lunch and was to call me back in 30 minutes. Finally back and forth and at 3:10 they were going to start and look at my car, I said it has been there since 9:00 am with an appointment and I have a dinner at 5:00, so a few minutes later I received a text your car is ready nothing is wrong! I had to call back to get a ride and go through the prompts again and when I got there, my person was busy . I asked the man that was going to help me and he was very unprofessional, that even with an appointment I would have to wait in line for others to get oil changes. No fluids were checked as other dealerships do and my car still jerks and I have 2 . Very bad service! More

I like my sales man he was great.
