The staff at the dealership was very unprofessional and rude. I have had several issues with receiving services and benefits that I was promised at the time of the purchase of this vehicle. I have been inc rude. I have had several issues with receiving services and benefits that I was promised at the time of the purchase of this vehicle. I have been inconvenienced when receiving service on my vehicle by way of never being eligible for a courtesy car causing me to miss work and loss of wages. I feel that I was bamboozled into buying add ons for my vehicle that the dealership refused to honor when I needed to use them. I will not be returning to Volkswagen of Orland Park and at my earliest convenience I will be transitioning from Volkswagen vehicles as a whole. More
