I took my Bug in because an interior light was continuously on, thus draining the battery. Your tech could find nothing wrong other than I needed a new battery. When I started to leave the dealers continuously on, thus draining the battery. Your tech could find nothing wrong other than I needed a new battery. It took your guy at the desk who makes the appointments and takes the payments, 15 seconds to realize there is a ( not obvious) on-off switch for the light. THAT was the problem. Your tech didn't notice this? Or inform me? My head is still swimming. Seriously. Other than that all services were handled well. But REALLY! A switch? More
