I had my car towed here after hours and leaving my key was easy. The following morning I had to repeat everything I had reported to them when I dropped it off, fine. They began their diagnostic on my car but contacting them to get information was impossible. I would call and get no one. The automatic message told me to text. I did that but my questions over text were not answered. I would call and get no one. Then I would get a new text asking how I could be helped. I would ask a question, no response. I would call, no response and get another text, asking how I could be helped. I ended up going in person to find out that the part I needed was one back order. I wish I knew this. They could have ordered a non OEM part but wouldn't return my calls to discuss options. I am grateful for the diagnostic report but ultimately what was discovered was what I reported the problem being. I took my car home and replaced the part myself. The service provider that helped me to my car did recommend a couple of places that may have the part I needed. I ended up getting it elsewhere but it was nice of them to give me suggestions. My car was there for three nights when they could have saved us all time and energy had I known they were waiting on a part with no arrival time. More

It took some time to be given attention in the service department. It turns out that they were a person down. I was shocked by the large estimate of over $1000.00 for a service check out.
