When I brought my car in, nobody was there to greet me. I had to make iContact with someone to get them to speak to me after I had waited for a couple of minutes. Tanner Case was a great sales person and has been available after the sale. The dealer sold me a vehicle with unsafe tires. The rubber was worn down to the core on the inside of both front tires. They signed the sales statement saying the tires were safe. They are not only not safe but illegal. I have reached out to the dealer through Tanner with NO response so far. The dealer had the car for a week after the purchase for detail and alignment. It doesn't look like it got either got done. 11/22/23 More

The original sale lady pushed us off to someone else who had no clue what was going on - so instead of showing up with everything ready and little time spent- we spent HOURS. Then, the car I was buying wa had no clue what was going on - so instead of showing up with everything ready and little time spent- we spent HOURS. Then, the car I was buying was electric- they showed me a few of basic operating functions but that was it. I have had to use YouTube to learn how to operate my car and even unplug my charging cable when it’s locked on- something that made me late for an appointment. All in all - go somewhere else. This dealership was not user friendly. More
