I was not impressed with the service department. I was told to bring my diesel truck in because they have a diesel mechanic. Turns out he couldn’t work on it for some reason. They did refund the ser I was told to bring my diesel truck in because they have a diesel mechanic. Turns out he couldn’t work on it for some reason. They did refund the service fee which was nice, but it was a huge time waste for me. Not sure I’ll ever be back for service or sales at this point. I hope your experience will be better than mine. The service center people were professional, helpful, honest with me, and offered me a rental car while mine was in the shop. The length of time I had to wait for the car to be fixed was 3 weeks! Though honest with me, and offered me a rental car while mine was in the shop. The length of time I had to wait for the car to be fixed was 3 weeks! Though it took a while to get the parts and the rental cost grew, They didn’t charge me for the whole time. I was grateful for that and the use of a rental car. My Jetta is fixed now and running well. More

I took my Bug in because an interior light was continuously on, thus draining the battery. Your tech could find nothing wrong other than I needed a new battery. When I started to leave the dealers continuously on, thus draining the battery. Your tech could find nothing wrong other than I needed a new battery. When I started to leave the dealership, the light was still on! It took your guy at the desk who makes the appointments and takes the payments, 15 seconds to realize there is a ( not obvious) on-off switch for the light. THAT was the problem. Your tech didn't notice this? Or inform me? My head is still swimming. Seriously. Other than that all services were handled well. But REALLY! A switch? More
