10,000 mile service to my 2014 Tiguan I went into the VW Dealership in Bend, OR to have the service and was told by the Receptionist they were booked for two weeks and could not service my I went into the VW Dealership in Bend, OR to have the service and was told by the Receptionist they were booked for two weeks and could not service my vehicle until after that time. I contacted VW Salem and was told I could bring my car in at my convenience and no appointment was necessary. I arrived at 2;30 in the afternoon and was promptly greeted by the Service Advisor in a most courteous and professional manner. The service was completed in slightly over one hour while I waited with my pet dog in the comfortable lounge. My vehicle was returned washed and vacuumed, and the service was reviewed with me in a professional manner. I was on my way in less than an hour and a half. Why such great service in Salem, and not in Bend? I will not go to Bend again and I plan to be a regular in Salem. I will recommend the Salem Agency to my friends and family and let them know of my unsatisfactory experience in Bend. More
