LOVE my new car! I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received from Moe and the staff at VW of South Charlotte. I was in no way made to feel uncomfortab I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received from Moe and the staff at VW of South Charlotte. Moe Elborno was our sales person and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He never pushed but worked to get us a good deal. Start to finish we were there two hours. Which included the test drive to walking out the door with keys. the manager and finance department were great as well. More

Great Experience - Helped Change My Mind I honestly was not planning to purchase a VW Atlas. Rather, I was intending to use my dealership visit for a point of comparison with the KIa Telluri I honestly was not planning to purchase a VW Atlas. Rather, I was intending to use my dealership visit for a point of comparison with the KIa Telluride which I was looking to buy based on internet research. However, my experience at VW of South Charlotte - and with Spiros Dedis specifically - was such a good one that I was sold on the car and ultimately, sold the car as well.
