Excellent Experience!! I was in the market for a used vehicle and was actually on my way to a different dealership to test drive a used VW. I passed VW of South Charlotte a I was in the market for a used vehicle and was actually on my way to a different dealership to test drive a used VW. I passed VW of South Charlotte and made a u-turn just to see what they had. I’m glad I did! I was greeted by Spiro, the sales person and told him what I was looking for. He listened to my needs and instead of over selling me a vehicle, he directed me to a vehicle that was in clearance. We drove it together and he explained all the features of the Passat. We had it on the freeway for a while along with the back roads. It drove like a champ. We talked more and I told him we would be in touch. I felt no pressure to purchase and it was actually a relaxed and enjoyable experience. The communication from Spiro was top-notch and he was quick to reply with my questions. I purchased the vehicle yesterday, the process was flawless and my wife came along as well. He treated her with respect. The vehicle looks brand new and is the best vehicle I have owned... which matches the experience that I had with Spiro and his team at VW South! More
