Great ambassador for the charolotte area I drove down from Rochester NY and my tire pressure light came on. I thought it was low on air and filled it more. When the light didn’t turn off, I d I drove down from Rochester NY and my tire pressure light came on. I thought it was low on air and filled it more. When the light didn’t turn off, I drove into VW of SC Express Service. Joerg greeted me and asked me the issue. He assigned someone to resolve the issue immediately and explained why the warmer temperature was actually increasing my tire pressure. He noticed the outside of my car was a bit dirty and then asked his technician to send car through car wash. I asked for a survey. He said that wasn’t necessary. After informing him I was moving into the area, and not just driving through or on vacation, he set me up. This goes to show that independent of being a local resident, WV top managers want their owners to have the very best experience wherever they pull in for service. This is my first VW. And in the year that I’ve owned my Passat, I’ve been consistently impressed with their service and I really like my car. I look forward to coming back to VW of SC for continued service, More

Totally Ignored I was in the service department today August 14th I stood there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledge that I was there all the sales reps what pretend I was in the service department today August 14th I stood there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledge that I was there all the sales reps what pretend to be on the phone even after customers left they picked up the phone and start dialing out, the other worker where was on the phone showing photos. Excellent Service Volkswagen of South Charlotte excelled in their service of my vehicle. They were extremely busy (more evidence of a dealership with a following) but Volkswagen of South Charlotte excelled in their service of my vehicle. They were extremely busy (more evidence of a dealership with a following) but finished my vehicle within the the time promised. The service technician went over all the services performed on my vehicle and let me know what would be done at the next service. Everyone was polite and quick to give assistance. They even found time to wash off my cars exterior. I am so glad I wandered into that dealership and purchased my Passat.
