I’ve been a customer since 2016 & plan on remaining one for years to come. From sales to service the VW S CLT Team is simply amazing. I have personally worked with Chris Hand and Alex Terrell for my last two VW purchases (as well as David Feinberg for the latest) and was treated fairly, had all my questions and concerns answered and addressed (sometimes numerous times!) and have always left the dealership satisfied. The service staff has also been fair and have always taken excellent care of both me and my V-Dubs. I’ve had wonderful customer experiences with several service technicians but Joerg Kuehni and Al Condrey stand out in particular. I truly cannot recommend VW of South Charlotte and their sales and service team enough. The first time I stepped on a VW lot I was “just looking” and I’ve been a loyal customer since and while I do love me a Jetta, Passat or Tiguan (all vehicles I have leased from this dealership), the reason I keep coming back are the people.
