Such amazing service. I am new to the area and had inquired with another dealer first. They were rude and not responsive. Santa Monica was the opposite! Most especially, the absolutely fantastic sales consultant who worked with us -- Alex -- went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, seamless, and even fun! His kindness, patience, knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication to finding us the perfect car were truly unmatched.
