They were transparent about the work that needed to be done, they communicated regularly, they were up-front about the price, they did all the work to a high standard in a timely manner, and they gave me done, they communicated regularly, they were up-front about the price, they did all the work to a high standard in a timely manner, and they gave me a rental car while my car was being worked on. What more could anyone ask for? Klaus went the extra mile for me though. We asked them to fix the Apple CarPlay and it still doesn't work. It's really frustrating to have a new car and not be able to plug our phone in and use Apple CarPlay.
