it's been another 2 weeks and this matter is STILL outstanding. your sales rep, Francisco, reached out and asked for the invoice that reflects the issue. I provided a copy. VFS has yet to be contacted by anyone within your organization. HORRIBLE experience! I've reached out to your sales rep, sales manager and GM. ZERO action taken to resolve something this simple
