After 5 minutes of conversation, I immediately knew he was a square shooter and would steer me in the right direction. He showed me my options both ways with the figures—buy out my old lease, lease a new Volvo, or purchase a new Volvo. He had expertise in Volvo cars going back many years, and he was able to answer all of my questions. And I had a lot of questions, believe me. You see, I've owned nine Volvos in my lifetime, and I knew what I wanted, but it had to be within my budget. Thanks to his seasoning and ability to navigate the red tape of purchasing, leasing, or buying out my old lease, I was able to ascertain the advantages and disadvantages of each option. When I drove away in my brand-new 2020 Volvo XC60, I felt as though a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I knew that I did what was best for me too. I love my new SUV, and I'm comfortable, very comfortable with my decision, thanks to Peter Larson's patience and ability to explain everything in plain English to me.
