He did his very best to do that! I would recommend both Brady and Volvo Silver Springs, with one caveat: I was disappointed that during the discussion around financing we were not more clearly walked through the figures for our trade-in (or rationale) and interest rate etc. We were just given pages to sign, no context was given by the person we worked with, so we had to look for that info ourselves on the contracts, and left feeling a little unnerved by that part of the experience. Nonetheless, the offer was fair, so we didn't decide to put a pause on the purchase, and I do really love my new car. More

I had an issue with my car that arose over the weekend and I called Jose at 8:00 on Monday morning knowing that they would probably be busy, but he told me to go ahead and bring the car in which I did at 10:30. Based on the symptoms I gave him, he was able to correctly diagnose the problem. By the time I finished the paperwork for the loaner car, it was waiting for me. Jose warned me that it may not be ready until Tuesday so I was pleasantly surprised to get a call at 4:00 that it would be ready at 6:00! And while it was there they noticed that a tag light bulb was out and replaced it. Finally, once I paid my bill my car was waiting for me freshly washed and vacuumed. I should note that there's another dealership half the distance to my home, but I still choose to go to Herb Gordon for the superior service that they provide and I trust them. More

In the end they offered me a very good deal that met my budget and allowed me to have the especifications I was looking for in the car. I came to the dealership with a list of questions about the high-tech features of the certified three-year old Volvo XC-70 that I was interested in. He brought to our meeting the 15 years of sales experience which had followed 15 years of service experience. He clearly, pleasantly and patiently answered all of my questions in detail. For the one question for which he did not already know the answer, he got up and walked out to the car to look (rather that just make up an answer like so many salespeople would do). In the week after I took the car home, he twice called to check on whether we had any problems or concerns with the car. When it rained for the first time the week after that, and the moon roof leaked, he arranged for an immediate service appointment and even checked the car into the service department.
