This was a hassle free, fabulous and fast experience. When I was trying to decide whether I wanted the air suspension system or not they had me drive two cars back to back to help me decide. I have had two great experiences with Jacob and Volvo Cars of Silver Spring. Jacob sold me my first Volvo S60 (2019) several years ago and was great at walking me through the process and with getting my Cars of Silver Spring. Jacob sold me my first Volvo S60 (2019) several years ago and was great at walking me through the process and with getting my car connected and set up with all my preferences and showing me how everything worked. My second experience came recently when I leased my 2026 Volvo XC60 Ultra with Jacob. Jacob and the dealer worked very quickly and efficiently to get me out of a car (not a Volvo) I had leased and was not happy with and made everything work within my budget. So thankful to be back in a Volvo! More
