My car was there for 4 full business days for a check engine light. I texted the number they said I should use and no one responded. Turns out the advisor was on vacation and didn’t forward. Had asked them to mount my license plate and was assured they would. They didn’t. Everyone was nice but not responsive. No loaner was available and that’s a problem. My husband owns a VW and they came to the house to pick up and drop off for his warranty service. More
