Vorderman Volkswagen is by far the best place I've been to, get a car fixed. When I bought my vehicle through them last year, I was really impressed with the amount of work and dedication their employees p to, get a car fixed. When I damaged it and needed to come back in to have it serviced, the service department guys were so friendly and so ready to explain anything I wanted to know about what's going on, and what to do next for every stage of repair. They squeezed me in during busy season and really put me at ease with some of my own anxieties about driving. I can't recommend them enough, everyone there seems to really care about their customers. Don Luong is a class act Sales Consultant. He assisted me in purchasing a 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL V6 Premium. Coming from a car with minimal technology, Don took extra time to show me all the workings in purchasing a 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL V6 Premium. Coming from a car with minimal technology, Don took extra time to show me all the workings of my new suv all the way down to trying out the parking assist feature! That was fun! Even gave me a tour of the office and service area. Don stayed true to his promise - and followed up with me after my first time coming in for a test drive. He was available when I had questions prior to the purchase, and has been available even after the sale. On the day of purchase and signing the docs, the suv was gassed up, cleaned up, and ready to drive away. I was very pleased with the entire staff of Vordermans and I'm very happy with my purchase.
