This reviewis for the last work done on the car. Right now, they have my 2024 Legacy for a problem which necessitated a new door. Which they couldn't get for a week or so, after Subaru ok'd the work to be performed. The communication from Matt was good. keeping me apprised of what was going on. They gave me a loaner, which, unfortunately, which I explained to him, I had to put a lot of miles on as it was a busy time of year for me and I had a lot of traveling to do. He said he understood, and there really was no alternative since they had my car. Very understanding. I give W & L high marks in taking care of their customers during and after the sale. More

I wasn't happy to be charged 9. 99 for shop supplies. I was told they couldn't find my tire key. My husband and I have no idea what that was. I only ever bring car to W&L. It stands 99 for shop supplies. I was told they couldn't find my tire key. My husband and I have no idea what that was. I only ever bring car to W&L. It stands to reason that when you put my new tires on last Spring that the key must have be kept there. So you essentially charged me to use my own tire key. I don't like being nickeled and dimed for shop fees especially if using something that was purchased and to be kept in the car. More
