Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry for the wait to fix your turbo in service, but we are always happy to offer customers a free loaner for however long it takes for repairs to be completed. That offer still stands if you change your mind. Regarding your paperwork, we do have your signature on 3 separate forms where you elected to get the paint and fabric protection. In reviewing your documents there is also no mention of satellite radio at all. As background, the manufacturer and Sirius/XM offer three **months** free service after the purchase. Subaru has never offered 3 years free, unfortunately, and there is no way for a dealer to upgrade that. We hope that info helps. Also, we do understand that there is a lot to show on the new cars, and that's why we have a "re-delivery" process, where we schedule customers to come back between 15 and 45 days from the date of purchase for another explanation of the vehicle's technology.
