Thank you for the feedback. Yes, we get this complaint often. Unfortunately, the software that Subaru uses to send these coupons for us does so somewhat randomly. So sometimes you will get the coupon days after service, sometimes you'll get it months before, and sometimes you'll get it just in the nick of time. I wish we had any sort of control over the algorithm, but unfortunately we do not. The goods news is that there are always service coupons right on our website (www.wandlsubaru.com) that are always valid for the current month. Thanks again for the feedback, and have a great day!
