They are clearly a team. When we arrived and were looking at the car we saw online, Kim approached us asked us a few questions and right away asked us if there was a sales person we wanted in particular. We had bought a car through Kyle 3 years ago and couldn't remember his name. We described him and she went and found him for us. She wouldn't have had to pass the sale on to a colleague, but she did, with out hesitation. We'll be back... again. More
