Great service! My first visit to the dealership since buying my car last May. Just routine, but I was greeted by the customer service representative warmly. All of my questions were answered, ahd the waiting area is very comfortable. Due to a coupon I found in the playbill of my local theater, the service was even free. When I made service appt, I asked for wiper blades to be installed and was told he would put this on request. I was told this would be a 15 minute procedure- changing Pcv valve under recall. Appt lasted 1 installed and was told he would put this on request. I was told this would be a 15 minute procedure- changing Pcv valve under recall. Very good! I bought a used 2017 Subaru Crosstrek from W@L in late Nov. Nice shape, low miles. I love this car. I did get the extended service plan. After putting I bought a used 2017 Subaru Crosstrek from W@L in late Nov. Nice shape, low miles. I love this car. I did get the extended service plan. After putting about 2k miles on I noticed a low humming noise coming from the front end. Wheel bearing on the right front! Called service dept. made an appointment explained what the problem was and they replaced the bearing. No charge! Extended service plan!!! My first time getting service done. Very nice! Nice waiting area! Nice staff. Thanks for a good visit. More
