It’s a pleasure to always be greeted by a knowledgeable Service Rep who knows my name and what service needs to be performed on my vehicle - all that after I have driven my vehicle into a climate-controlle Service Rep who knows my name and what service needs to be performed on my vehicle - all that after I have driven my vehicle into a climate-controlled area and have not left the driver’s seat. If I choose to wait while my vehicle is being serviced there is an array of quality beverages and snacks for me to choose from, before I select the type of waiting area to occupy. Most frequently I choose one of the spacious quiet areas where I can do some serious work without being disturbed. The Wi-Fi is fast, the work areas comfortable, and with ample workspace. My Service Rep will find me and keep me informed on progress and/or any areas that the Service Technician feels may need extra attention. If there are no surprises the work is completed on time and at a price within the up-front estimate. I enjoy the novel feeling of looking forward to having my vehicle serviced. with the assurance of knowing that the work will be done right - with no need to return to have the repairs repaired!! More
I had to drive to the dealership twice for service and inspection. They didn’t have tires in stock for vehicles they sale. They were supposed to call when they received the tires but didn’t I had to call inspection. They didn’t have tires in stock for vehicles they sale.
