New building better service I was impressed by the email notification letting me know service was due, then my car notifies me. I soon found discount coupons for service and an online way to schedule. I initially doubted that my appointment went through and discount would show and I called the service center to be sure that everything was exactly how it appeared. That was even before I took my car there. But I was able to get in there at my scheduled appointment and out of there within an hour which is excellent when you have a 2 1/2 year-old. Thank you W&L for doing a great job! More
Excellent from start to finish 2017 Impreza needed three (3) recalls done.... car was taken into shop immediately after paperwork was completed....was given a loaner to use as offer 2017 Impreza needed three (3) recalls done.... car was taken into shop immediately after paperwork was completed....was given a loaner to use as offered....originally was told the work would take 3-4 hours, but in less than 2 1/2 hours received a call that car was ready....had even been washed....everything was handled promptly and courteously....wish I knew the names of the service employees who worked on my car, but everything was handled professionally and with a smile....one of the best vehicle service visits I've experienced....keep up the good work,,,, with customer service becoming a thing of the past in most places, W & L Subaru continues to do things the right way! Thanks for an impressive visit to your service department. Chris More

I decided to bundle up and go for a walk. When I returned to the customer lounge I made a nice hot cup of tea and read a magazine as I waited a few minutes for my vehicle to be ready. After paying and walking to my vehicle I pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was, nice again. More

I dealt with a few different ones, Dutch (Internet sales, i think), Rob Long (Manager), Christian Perles, Shaund All of the Employees were so helpful! I dealt with a few different ones, Dutch (Internet sales, i think), Rob Long (Manager), Christian Perles, Shaunda Snyder and Kevin (sorry i dont know his last name). Dutch for helping me with EPrices, Rob Long for scheduling out appointment to test drive (and to buy) our new Forester Sport, Christian for helping us in the buying process, Shaunda for the paperwork and explaining different warranties (and other things) and Kevin for sitting in the new car for about 20-25 minutes going over every single function and how to work them along with answering my numerous questions. I really appreciated all the dedication W and L Subaru has to their customers. I highly recommend this dealership over all the other ones!!! More

Overpriced I brought my car in for a 60k mike service. From research on consumer reports and other online resources I expected to pay around $500 for this. Whe I brought my car in for a 60k mike service. From research on consumer reports and other online resources I expected to pay around $500 for this. When I picked the car up my bill was over $900. I was picking up after hours so only the cashier was there. I called around to 5 other Subaru dealers in the area and was quoted anywhere from $500-700 for the same service. I also noticed that changing the transmission and differential fluid had not been done by W&L Subaru but the other dealers told me this was included (and recommended by Subaru) at 60k miles. When I spoke to the service manager about the cost I explained that I felt I had been overcharged. I noted they didn’t complete the recommended service they were able to explain why they were nearly double the price or why they didn’t perform the transmission and differential fluid change. No solution was offered. I won’t be back. These are the other dealers and their quoted prices: Blaise Alexander Subaru - $549 Fairway Subaru - $670 Stocker Subaru - $643 All three of these dealers explained the quoted price for 60k service included the differential and transmission fluid change. More
Took my car in for service and look at new Outback. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The sales person Christian Perles was very knowledgeable about you product and all the packages and features.
