Excellent Customer Service I had an 8 am appointment on 11/9 for service, tire rotation and inspection. I was told the appointment would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. I called at 10 am an I had an 8 am appointment on 11/9 for service, tire rotation and inspection. I was told the appointment would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. I called at 10 am and was told they hadn’t had a chance to get my car in yet. I had a few errands to run and asked about getting a loaner. The response was of course stop by and we will have one ready for you. I got there within 5 minutes and sure enough the loaner was there and waiting. It’s service like this that will keep us as loyal customers and we will recommend W&L to our friends and family! More

State Inspection Inspection went off without a hitch. Steering and tires/wheels were checked, and the tech found that the tire pressure was not correct, and there was Inspection went off without a hitch.
