Tenacious Service There was a warranty issue with the AC on our 2019 Ascent that appeared to be a simple recharge. When that did not remedy the problem, due to an apparent slow leak, service utilized a sophisticated "sniffer" tool to locate the leak so the appropriate part could be ordered. The part arrived promptly and the service was scheduled and completed with the least amount of inconvenience to us. More

The price of an oil change and tire rotation was exorbanant! I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. My husband called w&l Service Dept. and asked how much do you charge for a quart of oil. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am a woman.
