Sustained Superior Service Every time we come into W&L for service we are greeted quickly and cordially. That person has the details of our appointment on their tablet, and verifies there are no additional concerns. During our last service we chose to wait in the waiting area. The seats are comfortable, snacks are available, and before you know it, our car is ready. It is always nice to see our salesman Ken again and catch up. He remembers each of the cars we've purchased from him. It's also nice to see Kevin and hear about the new options coming out with the new models. Each time we are in, it reinforces our decision to do business with W&L. More
