Excellent Customer Service I bought a used Ford Explorer from Walker Ford because of the outstanding customer service that I received when I was there. I found 2 identical vehi I bought a used Ford Explorer from Walker Ford because of the outstanding customer service that I received when I was there. I found 2 identical vehicles, one was at Walker Ford and the other was at another Ford dealership in Clearwater. I live in Bradenton, so most of the communication was done via email. One evening I drove to Clearwater to test drive both vehicles so that I could decide which Ford Explorer I was going to purchase. When I arrived at Walker Ford the vehicle was waiting out front for me and I was greeted at the door. I test drove the vehicle, asked all of my questions and was on my way to the other dealership. The other Ford dealership didn't know who I was or that I was coming to test drive, even though I let someone know what time I would arrive, and the vehicle I wanted to test drive had to be located. Huge difference in the customer service that I received. This is my 4th Ford Explorer. I would buy my next ford from Walker Ford. Christie Carico More
