We had a vehicle in mind and when we entered the lot, but when we were greeted by Keith Cox, we struck gold. He was great! While we were looking for a used car, he never once made it feel like we were dealing with a "used car salesman'. He went over all our options with us, found out our needs and put us in a 2015 Focus at a great price. We definitely felt taken care of and his customer service is excellent! it definitely shows that he cares about his customers. We also had a great experience with Mickey for the financial aspect. he took great care into explaining everything we were signing and made it an enjoyable experience, which is sometimes tough when dealing with the financials of a new purchase. John Brown took the time to sit down with me and go over exactly what I wanted, and after a seemingly endless wait for the car to be built, it arrived at the dealership in perfect condition and spotless. There were a few minor hiccups on my end that John was able to take care of effortlessly, in addition to getting me an excellent deal on the car. Harry Rumberger took care of the finance portion of the deal, and easily made quick work of the most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever had.
