2014 Raptor Blue Beast. 2014 RAPTOR. This is probably my 5th vehicle purchased from Walker and I searched out Irene to buy from after the last purchase from Dan did not go we 2014 RAPTOR. This is probably my 5th vehicle purchased from Walker and I searched out Irene to buy from after the last purchase from Dan did not go well. Had a Brake issue with the 2013 F150 Crew 2 days after buying it.and Dan did not follow through on his promise to fix it which ended up costing me $450.00 out of pocket. I made it a point not to do business with Dan in the future but did not hold it against Walker. Irene was pleasant and informative on our original visit and when we returned to buy she was out but she directed me to her partner Keith Cox who grabbed the ball and did an excellent job going over the Truck and all the options that were available. Keith has a very personable attitude and takes the time to explain every detail of the purchase process and hand delivered us to the sign off guy and was waiting for us when we finished to return us to the used car office. I will definitely search these two out when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. Have Keith give Dan some pointers. More

Horrible customer service! They were fine as long as you were trying to buy something. When I tried to get a refund for the remainder of the extended warranty I had purchased on They were fine as long as you were trying to buy something. When I tried to get a refund for the remainder of the extended warranty I had purchased on a the vehicle I traded in - no so much. I have been trying to get my refund for over 6 months. Getting no phone calls back, no response to my inquiries. Had to re-send the paperwork to them again and still over a month and a half later don't have my refund. General manager isn't there, girl who writes the checks isn't there.... blah blah blah... I finally contacted the warranty company directly and they stated they sent my refund electronically to the dealership TWO MONTHS AGO! I am livid! This is no way to treat a customer and I will NEVER be a customer again! More
