AWESOME PURCHASING EXPERIENCE!!! I saw an add in the paper showing several Commercial Type Vehicles that I was interested in. I came into the dealership and asked for the Fleet Depar I saw an add in the paper showing several Commercial Type Vehicles that I was interested in. I came into the dealership and asked for the Fleet Department and Don Dithmer Jr. came out to meet us. I explained what we were looking for and he grabs some keys and we took a tour of the lot. Picked out the Vehicle, A Base Model F250 Supercab 8' Bed. Went back to his office and in a total of 1.5 hours I was out and on my way. The finance guy, Harry Rumburger called and we structured the purchase the way I wanted it. 2 days later Don brought the truck out to my office. Signed the paperwork and That Was That!!! THE BEST DAM PURCHASING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, BAR NONE!!!!! Daniel Victory - Great Service I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an ap I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an appointment for 11 am that same day. Based on my conversation, the service technician said it sounded like a faulty battery. When I arrived a the service center there was no record of my appointment and the service person said I could leave the car and come back. I was upset. Daniel Victory at that point stepped in and said he would get the car serviced right away. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the battery and I was on my way home. He was very professional and saved what could have been a very poor customer experience. I want to thank him for acting so promptly and turning the experience into a very positive one.
