Daniel Victory - Great Service I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an ap I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an appointment for 11 am that same day. Based on my conversation, the service technician said it sounded like a faulty battery. When I arrived a the service center there was no record of my appointment and the service person said I could leave the car and come back. I was upset. Daniel Victory at that point stepped in and said he would get the car serviced right away. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the battery and I was on my way home. He was very professional and saved what could have been a very poor customer experience. I want to thank him for acting so promptly and turning the experience into a very positive one. Easy Buying Experience In the market for a late model SUV. Saw a certified Explorer on their web site. Called to confirm the vehicle was still available. Dan said it was and In the market for a late model SUV. Saw a certified Explorer on their web site. Called to confirm the vehicle was still available. Dan said it was and he would hold it until I arrived about 1 1/2 hrs later. The Explorer was showroom clean. After a test drive and short negotiation it was mine. Had to wait for finance guy to become available, but wasn't a big problem for me. Was surprised by the amount of forms to be signed. More

Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! I was very apprehensive to purchase a new vehicle. However, when I went to Walker Ford and met with Amy, I knew I was making the right decision. She asked me what I was looking for, what I liked, didn't like, and truly wanted me to fall in love with a vehicle. I test drove a 2017 Ford Escape S and loved it! Amy then walked me through each step of the purchasing process- she even spoke with my car insurance adjuster for me. She truly went above and beyond and made my first-time purchasing experience a positive one. I also met with Ivey Thigpen, Don Dithmer, and Harry Rumberger. Each one made me comfortable and eased my apprehension during each phase of the process. I felt I could trust them and they all were truly working for my benefit.
