New car stress free I almost gave up purchasing a vehicle when I thought I would try one more dealership and sent in a vehicle appraisal. Honest, friendly and the best salesman! I walked in on Saturday morning and was greeted by salesman Kevin Jewel. He was very knowledgeable of all the cars and answered all my questions witho I walked in on Saturday morning and was greeted by salesman Kevin Jewel. He was very knowledgeable of all the cars and answered all my questions without having to run and ask anyone or just tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. He spent all the time I needed to help me and because of this I drove off in a new car. Kevin is not the typical car salesman. I will recommend anyone I know looking for a car to go see him. He will be honest and forthright and answer any and all questions and he has a great positive outlook. I'm so glad he became my salesman that day. Walker Ford Service is terrible The service station at this dealership is awful. I am first time buyer of Ford Escape and under warranty still and the 3 times already I have had to The service station at this dealership is awful. I am first time buyer of Ford Escape and under warranty still and the 3 times already I have had to get service has been very poor. Culminating today in showing up early for a 10 am appointment and THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT MY VEHICLE . I waited four hours before they got to me. I had to ask for a manager because the service representative assigned to me was barely any help. Shop Foreman Justin Boczar was a waste of time and all he could offer me was his business card to call him for "better service" next time. WHAT? Awful service. More
