Went over and above I just have to commend Walker Ford for their customer service. I have been bringing my car for service here and decided when it was time for a new car I just have to commend Walker Ford for their customer service. I have been bringing my car for service here and decided when it was time for a new car they were the ones who I would come to. They have been nothing but courteous and went over and above on many occasions for me. Amy herself got out of her personal vehicle one night when I came by at closing to stay and show me a few cars. I will not go to any other Ford dealer as long I live in this area! More

Old fashion good service. I am 59 yrs old and have been dealing with different dealerships throughout my life. It was that same old hair on the back of the neck, bad gut feelin I am 59 yrs old and have been dealing with different dealerships throughout my life. It was that same old hair on the back of the neck, bad gut feeling that one has when going into a dealership. Before Walker Ford. We moved here in 2011 and bought our first car here from another Ford Dealership (What a mistake) that was closer. From the beginning that was a very bad experience, but enough about them. Around 2013, I went into Walker and met Jay Wright, when my daughter was getting her first (owned car). From the beginning I liked Jay. He listened to what I (we) wanted and also what we didn't want. He listened to my concerns and then presented several options for us to choose from. I left there feeling so good, I told him I would be back for either myself or my wife when ready. Well here I am three years later back at Walker. this time for my first lease, I would not deal with anyone else but Jay. Not that there is anything wrong with anyone else, but, I felt like I was treated extremely fairly, honestly and got my daughter a very good deal for her first car. The dealership's service department has also treated my daughter very fair and honest for ALL her vehicle's needs. Well this time, within the necessary time, we drove out of there again as very happy customers, due to the performance of Mr. Wright and the dealership over all. I am both very satisfied will continue to return to this particular dealership for our next (3rd vehicle) from them. I feel comfortable with no sick stomach, or hairs standing up when I go into this dealership and work with Jay Wright for all my Ford needs. Repeat customers should tell it all!
