We were very impressed and felt comfortable in discussing price and trade in with both Amy and Bill Gordon. When the deal was negotiated to everyone's satisfaction, we then met with Brett Hughes to discuss financial and extended warranty. He too went over everything in detail and completed all the paper work to our satisfaction. We then met with Denise Newman to discuss any add ons that we may want to purchase then or in the future. Bill Gordon met with us one more time before we left to thank us for our business. All and all, the team effort of all of the individuals was excellent and I would recommend Walker Ford to family and friends. More

Great Customer Service I went in to look for a new pick up truck and was immediately greeted by a friendly salesperson, David Doucette. In the cold and rain he showed me the full inventory of F150s, even put them side by side (literally) to show me the differences, pros, and cons. He went above the call of duty and was really very patient. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Satisfied My experience with Walker Ford has been very satisfying. Dan Wendling was friendly and courteous. He was also patient in answering all our questions. The finance officer we had, Mickey Alperstein, had a great sense of humor and very friendly which made the signing of papers less painful. The next day after we had the vehicle we found a few things wrong and Dan along with Shawn the service tech, jumped right in to rectifying the problems. My last vehicle I had for 15 years and the staff I delt with at Walker Ford made this experience a pleasant one. More
