I Had a recent hardship and was not sure what I would qualify for. Tracy workrd the numbers and with my Loyalty (6th car from Walker leased) I was able to get into an affordable payment and an Escape sim qualify for. I am always treated well at Walker Ford and Tracy does a pheonminal job of getting me what I want and quickly. We were done with the paper and the truck was ready go in less then an hour. I had lots and lots of questions about the Escape, and he nailed them all spot on. It did take him a little while to find the Escape I was looking for considering all the options I was looking for, one with the Nav. system seemed to be the tough item to find out there, but he found it. The only one in the state, I might add. A couple days later it was here, all cleaned up, and I was outta there with it heading down the road. Overall my experience with Kevin and Denise was a excellent, one I won't soon forget. Denise also did a excellent job in finding all the little add on things I was after. She made all these things happen in just a couple of days. On Friday when I picked my truck up, everything was done. Great Job... Like I said earlier, my overall experience with Kevin and Denise was a excellent one. This was my first new,new vehicle ever. I would highly recommend Kevin, Denise and Walker Ford anytime.
