I called Walker Ford in August along with other Ford dealers in the area & was connected to Kevin Jewel. He was not like a salesman I spoke with at the other dealers so I told him we were in New York St dealers in the area & was connected to Kevin Jewel. We knew what brand we wanted & Kevin was easy to wqork with. So, after a test drive, we bought our 2012 Fusion SE. It is a great car for the money. I will recommend Kevin & Walker Ford to others. It was 93 degrees outside, but it felt like 110, when I came limping into Walker Ford in a 1998 Chevy cargo van, on its last legs, with no air conditioning. I got out of the van and quickly moved to the shady sidewalk when Jason introduced himself and asked how he could help. I was wiping the sweat off my face when I said "Jason, I'm a desperate woman." Probably not a very smart thing to say right off the bat to a car salesman, but I would soon come to find out, I was in very good hands... I told him the monthly payment I needed, the down payment (or lack thereof)and specified the car had to have good ice-cold air conditioning and I wanted it in writing that if the a/c broke down after I bought the vehicle, that Walker Ford would fix it. He asked me if I wanted another van. I said yes. 2 minutes later he handed me an ice-cold bottle of water and keys to test drive a Kia Sedona. 15 minutes later we were doing the paperwork. Shortly after that we were in Harry Rumberger's office doing the financing. 15 minutes after that, I was driving away in a lovely little new van with ice-cold air, with a warranty that will cover practically anything that breaks down over the next two years, at a monthly payment that came in UNDER what I had asked for and the whole thing seemed like a wonderful dream come true. 2 hours later, I'm still pinching myself. Did that just happen? Jason and Harry made the process SO EASY. No games, no pressure, no fancy manipulation of figures, just what I wanted at a price I could afford and in record time. I truly cannot recommend Jason high enough. Walker Ford, you have a gem there, please give him a raise!And Harry, too! Thank you Jason :-) More

The price on the vehicle was still the same after a 2.5 hour drive. This was the best thing. They gave me a fair deal on my trade and were fair about the price of the car I was purchasing. I have purchased 3 out of 4 trucks at this location. They are very easy to work with. I came back because Tim has always been fair. I drove down from Memphis Tn just to buy this truck. My last King R They are very easy to work with. I came back because Tim has always been fair. I drove down from Memphis Tn just to buy this truck. My last King Ranch 150 I lived in Maryland and drove down to Walker Ford and bought a truck. I don't like to hassell over price and I don't want to be there for 4 or 5 hours to buy a truck. They make a buying experince very easy. Ford needs to watch how Tim Katts works and pass it on to other Ford Dealers. I will keep driving to Walker Ford when I need a truck. More
