Matt Beckman was our salesman in all previous purchases with the exception of our first per owned purchases. He was always very professional. We didn't go in and ask for anyone in particular this time as Matt is no longer with your company, we just left it to chance. We were happy to meet Ralph Harrell when we arrived on Sunday. I felt he gave a personal touch, and gave us a very equally pleasant shopping experience. With Mickeys assistance, he provided a seamless service to us. In fact, ralph took us straight to our favorite car (color and all) without even knowing. I think he has pretty good intuition. My husband and I are very pleased with our new Fusions, and as long as our means permit we return in 2 years and hope Ralph and Mickey will be available. We went to several dealerships before braving the disaster known as US 19 south of Gulf to Bay. We had avoided Walker because of the road work being done in the area. We were so pleased with the service and interest shown in helping us find a vehicle that fit my needs (I was still on the fence as to what car I wanted)= we put a deposit on a 2012 Escape that day. Came back the next day and made the deal. Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had not really even considered an Escape and now I own one. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful - but not over pushy (hate that). And on a sideline note - the ladies restroom was clean - may sound silly but it was a factor in a pleasant shopping experience. More

My husband and I have worked with Rick on several deals. We have bought several cars from him and even sold back one..... Whether things are up or down for us personally, Rick has always shown us the same We have bought several cars from him and even sold back one..... This past couple of weeks have been trying with the '06 Ford Expedition that we bought from Walker Ford through Rick. But we always knew that we would be treated fairly and it would and did turn out great. We have even worked with Rick to purchase a vehicle for my father, Billy Harris, who lives in South Carolina from Walker Ford purely because of the working relationship that we have with Rick Lane. He did the "impossible" it seemed to us to work with SC, with over night mail, etc. to get my Dad this Chevy Blazer from online. Sorry, I could not get him to purchase a Ford, but unfortunately he is a Chevy guy.
