She worked with me with the money that I had available and wasn't overly pushy like other sales people. My daughter and I visited several car dealerships looking and it seems they wouldn't hardly even consider us as being serious with the money we had available. They wanted to push different cars on us that we weren't even interested in and we verbally told them ahead of time exactly what we would like. So, we won't be back to those other dealerships. We will definitely be back to Walker as a future customer. I know I will be interested in a new car someday and Walker is where I want to stay as my family car dealership! I also wanted to comment on Harry and how comfortable he made me. Even though I had bought cars before, I wasn't alone then. Jason accompanied me and my crew on a test drive and then worked with me to settle all the paperwork and make the sale final. He went through the trouble of having the registration and title taken care of so that I wouldn't have to make an extra trip to the DMV. As I had made the trip with my mother and my son's girlfriend, he provided us all with a refreshment. The car that I purchased had some upholstery torn on the driver's seat and it did not contain a manual. Jason promised to bring me a loaner car the following week so he could take the car to have the upholstery fixed, and he assured me he would make every effort to provide me with a manual. The following week, he was true to his word. He brought me a beautiful 2010 Ford Fusion to drive for the day so that he could take my car for the necessary repair. At the end of the day when I went to pick up my car, the upholstery looked good as new, the car was beautifully detailed, and Jason presented me with the owner's manual and a valet key.
