I had purchased my car there and with that I had 3 free service I got one. Milage was not due yet for next but time was expiring. When I called. I was told don’t worry about date that they would take service I got one. Milage was not due yet for next but time was expiring. When I called. I was told don’t worry about date that they would take care of it. Long story short. Before next service I ended up with 3 diff service people and and were on same page. I give a A plus for team all being on same page with out a thought. Well done walker management More

We had power steering issue on our 2011 Explorer. The dealer we bought it from just started upselling us when we had just bought from them 3 months earlier. We tried calling other dealership when we chan dealer we bought it from just started upselling us when we had just bought from them 3 months earlier. We tried calling other dealership when we chanced upon Amy and she sure was a Godsend. She took care of our issue under warranty and even gave us a loaner while they worked on our car. One of yr techs went to move my car without putting ANY plastic on seat, NO paper on floor or NO steering wheel protector! So I asked where plastic was..he went into ofc where Daniel was sitting, and then plastic on seat, NO paper on floor or NO steering wheel protector!
