Pick my car up on time. While they were working on it Steve called me and asked if they could rotate the tires which was an extra charge. I said no problem. While rotating the tires they noticed that the Steve called me and asked if they could rotate the tires which was an extra charge. I said no problem. While rotating the tires they noticed that the brakes may have needed to be replaced. At this time and being on a limited income I said at this point not now. Again they deliver the car back to our house with the smile that couldn’t be beat More

Received call vehicle was ready for pick-up. Arrived 11:15, paid & was told to wait for car to be brought to me. After waiting 25 minutes, checked again w cashier. I’m a previous customer of AutoNation Ford. I found Steve my service advisor listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to up-sell me on every item. Great change from what I was used to.
