It’s been exactly one week since I dropped off my Chrysler 300 and I have yet to hear from the dealership regarding a diagnosis. The service advisor, Adrian, has been slow to respond and I’m the one typically following up for an update. I’ve expressed my concern about unexpectedly being without a vehicle for seven days. As a result, I’ve had to rely on rideshare services, which has significantly increased my out-of-pocket expenses. Unfortunately, the only response I received was that no loaner vehicles were available and that I would be contacted if one became available. What’s most frustrating is the clear lack of understanding, urgency, and transparency throughout this process. When I dropped off my vehicle last week, I even offered to test drive it with a technician to help pinpoint the issue, but Adrian assured me it wasn’t necessary. After scheduling an appt two to three weeks out I dropped my car off for my 10:00 appointment. Check in was smooth, but it all went down hill from there. Evidentially you were having some staffing issues and no one got to my car at all that day. I didn’t receive an expected call letting me know what the diagnostics found so I called late that day. All that person told me was that they didn’t have any results to share with me yet. The next day I called around mid day and they told me that one of my diagnostics had been completed, but they were still waiting for the other one. On Friday I get a message that the person who could do the last diagnostics wouldn’t be in that day and could I leave the car over the weekend or drop it back off on Monday. You had my car for three days and could only complete 1 diagnostic, which wasn’t the big one we scheduled the appt for. No communication until the third day that you were actually having staffing issues. In the mean time I am paying for a rental while nothing is being done with my car. When I checked in I let them know I had a rental. Would have been nice if they let me know the work would be delayed so I can save that rental expense. So now I am out the $178 rental cost and a $120 diagnostic expense and still don’t have a repair. Poor service and poor communication. You can do better More
