They broke an interior panel when doing a recall repair. I had disaster the service center to get the follow-up install scheduled. I brought my chrysler Pacifica in because the radio wasn’t allowing other phones to be connected via CarPlay or Bluetooth. They first billed me for a diagnostic and then they said they wanted to instal wasn’t allowing other phones to be connected via CarPlay or Bluetooth. They first billed me for a diagnostic and then they said they wanted to install a software update to fix the issue. I came to pick it up and when I got it. The entire radio was nonfunctional. The navigation system never loaded, and I had no access to the system settings menu. They actually made everything worse. I brought it back in and they charged me another diagnostics fee and told me the entire radio needed to be replaced and billed me for that too. I came to pick my van up again, and when I got it the CarPlay and Bluetooth STILL didn’t work. It was the exact same state as when I originally brought it in to the store. I drove straight back to the service center and talked to someone about the issue for 15 minutes. Within those 15 minutes they discovered a cable plugged in causing the car to think a device was already connected. Unplugging the cable fixed the issue. I spent around $1800 for 2 diagnostics charges, a software update, and a new radio all to find that simply unplugging a cable was the fix to my issue, and none of the other changes were actually necessary. This was my worst experience EVER as a customer, and I will never be coming back. More

I’ve always had a great experience here for oil changes. However, for a recent diagnostic repair visit I was left incredibly disappointed. I specifically asked on multiple occasions if my rental would be co However, for a recent diagnostic repair visit I was left incredibly disappointed. I specifically asked on multiple occasions if my rental would be covered with my warranty and was told by three separate individuals at Walser, yes. I was meticulously about clarifying this. These items that needed to be fixed were issues within the first year of me owning the Pacifica, it’s barely 2 years old. The fact that I have to pay ANYTHING for these repairs is unacceptable and wouldn’t happen with competitors. Not to mention, the main thing I went in there for, a faulty actuator, isn’t even fixed. It started doing the same thing I brought it in for two weeks after I took it in. When I followed up about my disappointment regarding the rental, I only received a text back saying “it’s not covered, you have to call Chrysler.” Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. More
