They didn't tighten the lug nuts in my jeep after I specifically explained I'm in need of a tire alignment and follow up care after getting new tires. As they have over the decades I've dealt with them, they did exactly what they said they would do and found more unknown problems that were a big potential issue and all except the oil change and headlight did exactly what they said they would do and found more unknown problems that were a big potential issue and all except the oil change and headlight were under the warranty. They also washed the car for me. I didn't wait for the work to be done, but usually enjoy working while I wait in the best customer lounge and working areas of any dealership! Even though they had my car for 15 days there was no cost because of my life time warranty. Also, they helped with and paid the whole rental charge due to the unexpected time in the shop.
