Mostly likely will not purchase another car here due to how the service department is. Poor communication. Carr arrives on the tow truck. No one helps to get it out of gear so the tow truck driver just has how the service department is. Poor communication. Carr arrives on the tow truck. Understood I couldn’t get a rental car on a Saturday but then told on Monday they can’t provide a rental car till it’s diagnosed and they can’t do that for seven days. I had that car for a month before it broke down. More

Kept car for 3 days without any work on it or updates. Supplied rush loaner - but the advisor didn’t notify anyone else or arrange it in the system - so became a hassle for other employee. When car was finally returned, the main problem couldn’t be fixed. Wasn’t informed before seeing the note on the summary. Paid $1200 and walked out in practically the same situation as we brought it in. Lastly - the tech left a part in that car, that wasn’t fully replaced after work. Standards got so so poor on the service visit. A lot of the chaos and mismanagement had to be a result of the advisor/lead that was assigned. More
