My service advisor, Steven Betzer was exceptional, very friendly, advised needed part to be ordered (radio) and would call when part was in. The number one service center in Minneapolis as far as I'm concerned. I feel the same now as I did in 2015 when I purchased my Jeep from Walser, which I still have. More

Experience was positive. Some mixed info such as have all weather mats here, then had to order. Or yes it’s new.. no miles, then sold as used with 3000 plus miles. The dealership did a good job of communicating throughout the process & making sure the repair was done properly. It was great to have a rental available to use. Downside was the miscommunication with previo the process & making sure the repair was done properly. It was great to have a rental available to use. Downside was the miscommunication with previous manager who said I would get a future refund if they found the cause of the check engine light, which they did, but then only refunded a portion because they claimed it was 2 separate issues/investigations when all problems began when the engine light came on. More
