After scheduling an appt two to three weeks out I dropped my car off for my 10:00 appointment. Check in was smooth, but it all went down hill from there. Evidentially you were having some staffing issues and my car off for my 10:00 appointment. Check in was smooth, but it all went down hill from there. Evidentially you were having some staffing issues and no one got to my car at all that day. I didn’t receive an expected call letting me know what the diagnostics found so I called late that day. All that person told me was that they didn’t have any results to share with me yet. The next day I called around mid day and they told me that one of my diagnostics had been completed, but they were still waiting for the other one. On Friday I get a message that the person who could do the last diagnostics wouldn’t be in that day and could I leave the car over the weekend or drop it back off on Monday. You had my car for three days and could only complete 1 diagnostic, which wasn’t the big one we scheduled the appt for. No communication until the third day that you were actually having staffing issues. In the mean time I am paying for a rental while nothing is being done with my car. When I checked in I let them know I had a rental. Would have been nice if they let me know the work would be delayed so I can save that rental expense. So now I am out the $178 rental cost and a $120 diagnostic expense and still don’t have a repair. Poor service and poor communication. You can do better More

I thought the place was very nice. Going into this I was very nervous about being pressured I didn’t feel any of that. The salesman was nice. But didn’t get history on the vehicle till after the fact. I’ve had my Jeep for 1 1/2 months now and just got a carfax report. Funny thing I was never told this car had damaged to it from the salesman. Found that out in the report. VERY disappointed to have read that and that wasn’t shared with me. Also already having to bring it to a mechanic as the brakes are making a funny noise. This is why I don’t like buying vehicles. I truly hope this vehicle last a long time for me. I really like it. But I probably would had stayed away from it had I known the vehicle was damaged or was in some sort of accident. More

I live close by so I could easily drive by and see that my truck sat in their lot for a we take, even though I had an appointment to have it fixed. I live close by so I could easily drive by and see that my truck sat in their lot for a week before they even brought it in to look at it. Poor communication about it as well, I had to be the one following up wondering why my truck was taking so long and I had to ask for a loaner car, instead of them offering. They recommended a tire rotation and didn't even have the courtesy to do it for free after letting my truck sit there for a week. More
