I've purchased all 7 of my vehicles at Walser and everyone has been great everyone has been great More
First, when I call for the appointment I was thinking it will be completely in the same day. Since I don't have but my keep I had to take back and take my son to rent a car. They told me it will take from 2 will be completely in the same day. Since I don't have but my keep I had to take back and take my son to rent a car. They told me it will take from 24 to 48 hours so I rented the car for three days. When I ask them to cal the warranty agent for the car rental they told me you have to get their permit first. However, when I call the CNA they told me the technician find out what it was wrong we will pay for your car rental. Anyway, when they call me to come to pickup the car and I was halfway, they called me and told me the problem was not solved so if I wait until the next morning, next day they told it may take about two hours and I shall call them around 4: O clock. Around that time they called me and me and told me the car is not ready and I have to wait initial the 4th day. In the morning of the fourth day they called me and I picked the car. They charged me little more than $500 and we went to the airport to return the rental car. We drove our car and the check engine appear again . For 4 days they did not figure what is wrong with the jeep and I paid for the car rental for 4 days and they charged me more than $ 500 dollars and the check engine appear again. I paid about more than may be than $8000 for warranty and I still paid them more when I take my car for repairs for a problem started after I changed the car oil.
