I don't usually give negative rating. I never have problems with the services the last few years at all, they are always on top of things and communicative. However, the last 2 recent visits, they were not communicative at all. The first time, I had my car in for oil change and they told me that my car was ready to be pick up 4 minutes before the closing time, so I was not able to make it on time. Fortunately, the show room staff are helpful and was able to help me get my car. The most recent visit, we tried to get our car for a diagnostic test to see what's going on with the horn. I specifically asked the staff how long they think it will take, they said that it should be ready by 1:50 in the afternoon but they will keep me updated by texts. I never got any updates on my car the whole afternoon and I was anticipating to get my car back that day, so we drove to the store hoping to get some answers. By that time, the service center was already closed, so we had to ask the showroom staff for help once again, and they were very helpful and got someone to give us a status update. Turns out they didn't have the right maintenance person qualified enough to check on my car even though they attempted to, which is ok, if they would have communicated that to me. I was very disappointed to the last service. They told me that they would be in touch to reschedule my horn fix, but I still haven't received any call to reschedule. I really hope they can improve on the communication part cause I really enjoyed the overall experience from this dealership. More

Even though after hours, a sales person came out and was able to jump start the car so I could go home. That was very much appreciated. More
