Jenny, I understand your frustration. You and your husband just purchased a new car and the all great things that come with that are being stripped away from you. I know we have the correct parties involved in order to make this right. From what I understand your car was at Audi Mission Viejo not even a day after purchase and spent the better part of a month there. I’m not sure if your husband told you, but we spoke earlier this month about Audi getting involved while the car was at Mission Viejo. This was brought to my attention after Dan Ebach spoke to Rick on September 7th about a formal complaint he made on the survey about the service light coming on. Both Walter’s Audi and Audi Mission Viejo are working very hard to turn this experience around for you. I know there are things we can’t control and things we can. The extra key and books not given to you at time of delivery is an embarrassment on us. I noticed you and your husband have been in communication with Isaac and that the books and key are with the post office, since the overnight envelope required a signature and wasn’t signed for. Please accept my deepest apologizes for what’s happened so far and know both dealerships and Audi will make this right for you and your husband. The General Manager Jon Kienle responded to this review but does not respond to our emails or phone calls. The next morning after writing this review the car is back in the service department with 'Steering Wheel Malfunction" and "Audi Pre Sense error" again.
