He was knowledgeable, patient, and refreshingly laid-back. There was zero pressure at any point, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. David took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and honestly, and he truly listened to what we were looking for instead of trying to push a sale. Pricing was a huge win for us, especially because we had a trade-in. Not only did they give us the best price on the van, but they also took our trade-in seriously and gave us the best numbers we saw compared to any other dealership. After visiting multiple dealers and feeling discouraged elsewhere, Walter’s was the only place that made us feel like our business truly mattered. Everything was clear, upfront, and transparent—not just with us, but with every customer we saw being helped. We also want to specifically recognize the manager, who was incredibly understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to work with us on pricing and trade-in value. He genuinely cared about helping us and about keeping us as long-term customers, which made a huge difference. Delivery day exceeded expectations as well. Another team member took the time to carefully walk us through the van’s features, made sure we were completely comfortable before driving off, and didn’t rush us at all. They even took pictures with us, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. And yes—the snacks were amazing, which just added to the overall experience 😊 After dealing with several other dealerships that left us frustrated, Walter’s Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of Riverside truly knocked it out of the park. Walter’s MB Van center was top notch. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had some issues with our van. We were able to get a ride to the games and didn’t miss anything. The best part was that all of this was done MUCH quicker than any other dealership I’ve been to.
