Pleasant buying experience I liked the way that we were treated at this dealership. This was like The Nordstrom’s of car buying. My only problem was that my salesman did not kno I liked the way that we were treated at this dealership. This was like The Nordstrom’s of car buying. My only problem was that my salesman did not know the product as well as he should have. He described systems that the vehicle had, but were not actually installed in this particular model. I learned AFTER buying the car that the safety systems were an option on this model. Needles to say I was extremely disappointed. I would make sure that all items are thoroughly explained prior to signing and paying for your car. More

I would have bought all of the models if I could have! We came up with the number 19. That would include Acuras, Lexus and BMW. We both came up with the conclusion that...NEVER have we been treated so well by every department at a car dealership before! Bryan Fitzpatrick made our experience an absolute joy. Bryan's assistant; Raul Ayala, was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing all of the features in the car.
